MTI Helps Ashley Stewart in Talent Search
When Ashley Stewart wanted to get the word out for their “Finding Ashley Stewart 2017” initiative, they turned to MTI Digital to assist with promotion in-store to help build up interest and anticipation in the event!
The tour consisted of searches across the country for the first ever “Miss Ashley Stewart”. Interested women participated in an interview and a turn on the catwalk to show off their personality and style in cities like Baltimore, Houston, Detroit, Atlanta, Newark, Nashville and Tampa, for a chance to fly to New York for the final competition on September 16th at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, NY. The finale will be hosted by Boris Kodjoe and features En Vogue as well as a panel of celebrity judges including Carl Banks, Gwen Devoe, Kym Hampton, Mo Vaughn and more.
To promote the event in-store Ashley Stewart produced a spot and gave it to MTI Digital to integrate into the custom music program once an hour. Because En Vogue is performing, to further promote the event in-store MTI integrated a number of hit En Vogue songs into the programming mix and also has one of the songs playing immediately after the spot plays.
