Lorraine Golden | Chairman & Founder
As the chairman and founder of MTI, Lorraine holds a Master’s Degree from Wayne State University. Her career includes 20 years in broadcast radio as both a General Manager and a radio station owner. Lorraine has been recognized by numerous organizations for her success as a businesswoman.
Bradley Golden | President & Legal Counsel
After graduating from Michigan State Law School and several years in private legal practice, Bradley joined MTI as Chief Legal Counsel. His role evolved over the years to that of President. He has been with MTI for over 20 years and works with all of MTI’s clients to personally insure that each gets the highest quality of service at all times.
Sean Clark | Vice President & Operations
Sean has worked with us for over 20 years. With 30 years of experience installing and managing the installation of custom sound systems in tens of thousands of businesses, he knows his way around commercial spaces and the audio/video components that bring them to life. Sean’s expertise in designing sounds systems that do the job and save our customers money is widely praised. Sean oversees the installation of all new sound systems for our customers and all rollouts and conversions to our technology.
Kathleen Neary | Director of Programming
Kathleen joined MTI as a very young woman with an amazing knowledge and understanding of computer science and customer service. Her role with us quickly morphed into our programming specialist combining her talents in computers, music programming and scheduling. She ensures that our new customers get on the air with the content they have chosen, played exactly as scheduled. Kathleen has worked with us for over 25 years.
Bob Hays | Chief Engineer
Bob has been a member of our team from almost the beginning. Coming from a background of broadcast radio, he served as the chief engineer at many Detroit radio stations. Bob designed and constructed satellite delivery programs for our customers in its early days. He often found solutions for businesses that had technical challenges -- enabling them to receive our programs and save money, too. As some of our customers have migrated to an internet platform, Bob has made the transition easy and efficient for them.
